ADA

The majority of this position is office based, however, there are 3-4 week periods multiple times a year that require working, some extended travel, camping and training outdoors in any and all types of weather. This also includes long workdays and many early morning starts to get field crews packed up and on the road for projects.
The training periods can be very physically demanding including hiking many miles, using hand tools, running chainsaws and lifting heavy tools and equipment in all possible weather conditions.
As a supervisor and mentor to many young adults in potentially their first job, the mental demands can be quite high as we help develop and create professional work behavior, expectations and standards for anywhere between 30-50 crew members during a season.
