Position begins in November 2019 and continues through Spring 2020 semester. Join the Largest Student Employer on Campus! Dining and Event Services! Pay starts at $8.00 per hour with performance-based raises. We work around most schedules, including athletics...and if that’s not good enough, each shift worked gets a free meal! Multiple positions available, no experience necessary.


  • Cashier: Must be knowledgeable in math, have excellent customer service skills, take orders, collect money, give back change, and verify meal plans. Collect money for catering, will calls, and take phone-in food orders.
  • Janitor/dishwasher: Responsible for cleanliness and organization of all dishes, cookware and serviceware. Scraping, cleaning, and putting away all items.
  • Grille Culinary artist: Responsible to prep food for station including slicing cakes, breakfast options, desserts, milk shakes, smoothies, hamburgers, wings, panzerotti, chicken strips and breads. Prep includes, but is not limited to cutting, baking, frying, grilling, and more.
  • Deli Culinary artist: Responsible to prep food for station including slicing meats, condiments, breads. Prep includes but is not limited to cutting, baking, frying, grilling, and more.
  • Fresh Mex Culinary artist: Responsible to prep food for station including slicing veggies, making beans and rice, meats, line set up, etc. Prep includes but is not limited to cutting, frying, grilling, and more.
  • Bento Bar Culinary artist: Responsible to prep food for station including slicing veggies, rice, meats, line set up, etc. Prep includes but is not limited to cutting, frying, grilling, and more.
  • Event Services: Responsible for set up, service, and cleanup of special events on campus. This position's hours fluctuate with events.

This position requires moderate physical activity. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting.  This position requires nearly continuous standing, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead.  Employees may be exposed to unusual elements including extreme temperatures, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises.
