Overview

The Sorenson Legacy Foundation Center for Clinical Excellence is hiring a pediatric occupational therapist  who will provide evidenced-based services to youth and engage with other providers in the Sorenson Center to provide interdisciplinary services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services to children and adolescents
  • Complete all necessary paperwork in the Sorenson Center’s electronic medical record
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals
  • Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
  • Licensed as an OT in Utah
  • Experience providing OT services to children and adolescents
  • Demonstrated familiarity with evidence-based OT interventions
  • Demonstrated proficient knowledge of typical development
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with other professionals
  • Good time management skills

Employees work indoors and are protected from weather and/or contaminants, but not, necessarily, occasional temperature changes. The employee is regularly required to sit and often uses repetitive hand motions.
