Overview

The PROSPER Coordinator will assist with the implementation of evidence-based school and family programs using the PROSPER delivery system. The PROSPER Coordinator will assist with program promotion and program delivery/facilitation. This is a Grant position.

 

This position is located in Brigham, Utah. 

Responsibilities

  • Recruit families to participate in PROSPER programming
  • Receive training to deliver PROSPER programming
  • Deliver sessions of the Strengthening Families 10-14 program to youth, parents, and families as part of the PROSPER program delivery.
  • Complete quality assurance observations for PROSPER program sessions
  • Assist with set up and organization of PROSPER programs
  • Provide childcare support at PROSPER program delivery sites if needed

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of Bachelors in Education, Early Childhood Education, and/or Adolescent Education or related field plus two years of experience or equivalent education plus experience is required.
  • Skilled in the use of computers.
  • Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.
  • Skilled at records maintenance.
  • Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.
  • Database management skills.
  • Knowledge of office management principles and procedures.
  • Ability to foster effective working relationships within a team environment.
  • Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments.
  • Ability to coordinate and organize meetings and/or special events.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Teaching experience with adolescent students, preferred.
  • Knowledge of communication principles, media, and marketing techniques.
  • Knowledge of University policies and procedures.
  • Field specific knowledge, skills, and abilities as described in recruitment notice.
