Located in the heart of campus, the Junction Dining Hall is the main restaurant for Residents on Campus to use their meal plans. The Junction is fast paced, serving between 1000-1500 meals per day! We are currently looking for an opening and closing assistant manager to help us "Create and Excellent College Experience."
The Assistant Dining Room Manager will supervise up to 20 employees per shift, help customers, and maintain quality food standards at the Junction. There are two position options. Opening Assistant Dining Room Manager will work 8:30am-4:00pm Sundays and 5:30am-1:00pm Monday-Wednesday. Closing Assistant Dining Room Manager will work 3:00pm-10:30pm Sunday-Wednesday. (Thursday may be substituted for any Monday-Wednesday shift if desired.) Please specify what schedule you prefer in your cover letter.

This position requires moderate physical activity. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. This position requires nearly continuous standing, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead. Employees may be exposed to unusual elements including extreme temperatures, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises.
