Each dish room crew member's primary objective is to provide clean dishes to customers of the location they are hired for.

  • Wash and clean all types of dishes
  • Keep the kitchen and equipment clean and organized.
  • Complete opening and closing checklists.
  • Bag and haul kitchen trash to dumpster.
  • Sweep and mop the dish room.
  • Closes the kitchen properly and follow the closing checklist for kitchen stations.
  • Assists Kitchen Cleaners
  • Attends all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Kitchen chef or manager-on-duty.

Advertised Salary

This position requires moderate physical effort.  Employees must have sufficient strength to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position, including lifting up to 25 pounds, walking and standing.  Employees must adhere to safety precautions and may be required to use protective equipment.
