The Catalog and Curriculum Coordinator (Coordinator SR) analyzes university and degree requirements and provides problem analysis and resolutions for end users. As a Coordinator you will collaborate with academic departments, faculty, and staff to ensure accuracy of data requirements and content. As a member of the Catalog and Curriculum team, you will also participate in the development and enhancement of online applications. This position reviews curriculum submissions and enters the information in the student information system (Banner), assists in the resolution of catalog and degree audit system issues, and participates in the preparation and delivery of systems training for the university community.


  • Edits and maintains the online university catalog using Acalog (software) while adhering to university policies and procedures and ensuring degree requirements are consistent across various systems.
  • Review and entry of course curriculum changes in the curriculum management software.
  • Provides technical and functional support to the university-wide community for the curriculum management software and the degree audit system.
  • Assists in maintenance of the degree audit program and assists in the resolution of degree audit issues.
  • Maintains communication with campus partners.
  • Training for faculty and staff as needed.
  • Miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications: 


  • Six years of experience; OR an associate degree plus four years of experience; OR a bachelor’s degree plus two years of experience or an equivalent combination of education plus experience.
  • Experience learning new software programs 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in higher education 
  • Experience in scribing for Degree Works 
  • Proficient with Ellucian Banner, Curriculog, Acalog 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team 
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Detail oriented
