Overview

Provide support for the USU Statewide Scholarship Team.  This is an on-campus position at the USU Eastern campus in Price, Utah.  Preferred working hours are Monday – Friday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Statewide scholarship specialist calendars
  • Run reports to facilitate scholarship offers, acceptances, cancelations, and deadlines for Statewide Scholarships.
  • Assist with Statewide Scholarship projects and auditing processes.
  • Answer phone calls and e-mails.
  • Provide clerical support for Statewide Scholarships.
  • Assist the Statewide Scholarship Office with other duties as needed.

  3. Skilled in creative problem solving.
  4. Skilled with basic office equipment, including printers, copiers, and telephone systems.
  5. Good organizational skills.
  6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential business data and personal information.
  8. Ability to work without supervision.
  9. Excellent customer service skills.
