Overview

The Trademark Licensing Coordinator works with internal and external parties to organize the various components needed to initiate, run, and complete projects for the University Marketing & Communications  Trademark Licensing Office. Projects will primarily focus on trademark licensing programs, infringement, and licensing partnerships for the University.

Responsibilities

PROJECT COORDINATION: Plan, organize, coordinate, and carry out multiple trademark licensing projects concurrently as assigned. Manage trademark licensing social media accounts. Monitor project deliverables and timelines, notify supervisor when issues arise, and take corrective action as needed.

 

ADMINISTRATION: Provide strategic administrative support on a wide variety of trademark licensing matters, including material of a sensitive and confidential nature. Overseeing licensing to crafters, assist with infringement enforcement, and brand standards. Track activity related to the use of university trademarks as well as the progress of initiatives involving the university and external entities.

 

DATA ANALYSIS: Gather and analyze data for measurement of new/current program effectiveness and results of traditional advertising campaigns

 

OTHER: Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Two years of experience or an associate degree/technical training
