Overview

Assist affiliate manager with daily tasks. Approximately 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming inquiries and update information in database.
  • Track sales leads and respond to inquiries.
  • Manage and track workshops, attendee information, and survey results.
  • Communicate regularly with affiliate organizations around the world.
  • Assist affiliate manager with scheduling and coordinating training events.
  • Process and track invoices for affiliate workshops.
  • Maintain the affiliate and certified facilitator contact list and training requirements.
  • Keep the affiliate webpages current.
  • Oversee the affiliate portal and assist all users and the IT manager with the site.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Detailed and project oriented.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service experience.
  • Strong written and phone communication skills.
  • Articulate in the English language.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and QuickBooks
  • International business knowledge is helpful.
