The Front Office Lead assists in managing aspects of the University Inn Front Desk & Breakfast including but not limited to operations, planning, budgeting, staffing, and training in accordance with University Inn (UI) policies and procedures. The Front Office Lead provides leadership, training, and support to all members of the Front Office & Breakfast teams, implements, and enforces the UI Standards of Excellence in all areas supervised. Serves as the back-up to the Systems Administrator for the Property Management System, NEC Telephone System, Dormakaba-Saflok (door-locking system) and iHotelier/TravelClick. Our ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering results, leading by example, and serving guests and employees. 

This is position is approximately 29 per week and will include weekends. This position is eligible for a summer bonus of an additional $1.00/hour payable at the end of the summer. You will be required to work the entire summer semester to be eligible for the bonus.
