Utah County 4-H is seeking a qualified and passioned youth program INTERN to lead the facilitation of the 4-H Aggie Adventures Summer Camps, support existing programming, and assist in the development and marketing of future programming.

Part-time hours will not exceed 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Planning and facilitating weekly 2 or 3 day camp experiences
• Assist at local library programming as needed
• Attend and assist at 4-H retreats
• Collaborate to develop activities and manage equipment
• Preparing materials and equipment for learning experiences
• Support the general 4-H program and events as needed
• Attend staff 4-H planning/staff meetings
• Other duties as needed to support the 4-H program

Minimum Qualifications:

• GED or High School Diploma
• Ability to engage with youth in a positive manner
• Ability to adhere to deadlines
• Ability to provide online experiences or virtual content
• Demonstrated organizational skills
• Computer literacy including care, maintenance, and upkeep
• Ability to problem solve and work independently without direct supervision
• The selected candidate will be required to pass a background check
• Valid Driver license and ability to pass USU Drivers Training Module
