The Technology Design and Technical Education Department at USU Blanding campus seeks a proactive, well-organized, and service-driven individual to join our dynamic team of faculty and staff dedicated to delivering comprehensive technical education programs. These programs encompass Trucking/Commercial Driver License, Heavy Equipment, Building Construction, Engineering Drafting and Design, and Welding.
This part-time, hourly position primarily focuses on marketing programs and student recruitment, alongside a range of administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will handle call management, greet visitors, address email inquiries, and provide guidance on the listed technical education programs. Additionally, they will execute administrative tasks supporting community engagement, social initiatives, instructional endeavors, and research programs. This involves coordination of people, events, or facilities.
Moreover, the selected candidate will actively contribute to program marketing, engage in activities promoting student enrollment, resource management, and aid in student retention efforts. The role may encompass additional assigned duties as needed.
