The CCA Box Office is looking for summertime help. Start date will be the second week of May. Employment into the school year 2024-25 may be possible.
We are the first point of contact for our patrons and want to provide the best possible experience as they enter the world of music and theatre.

• Nights and weekends required per event schedule.
• Willingness to learn the ticket system.
• Accurately sell tickets to Caine College of the Arts (CCA) events.
• Cash handling.
• Answering the phone, greeting patrons in person, and other duties as assigned.
• Hours will be set for the office and flexible for performances.
• Quick problem solving and thinking on your feet.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Customer service experience required
• Cash Handling experience required
• Good verbal communication skills, in person and over the phone.
