Come join our HR Team as a Human Resources Employment Representative (HR Representative I) for Utah State University!
Our Human Resources Employment Representatives answer questions, alleviate concerns, and solve problems via phone, email, and/or in-person, for employees, job applicants, staff, and administrators in areas of employment, Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and job advertising. In addition to employment, our representatives staff the HR Solution Center, which provides customer service on a full range of HR topics including benefits, HRIS, I-9's and employment verifications.

Job Advertising (50% of time)
• Request advertising for job postings
• Complete invoicing and reconciliation for job advertising
• Create job advertisements & flyers on Canva
• Run reports and analyze data on various methods of job advertising
ATS Administration and Reporting (20% of time)
• Research job related information and edit job advertisements in a consistent format.
• Approve job advertisements to be posted on jobs.usu.edu.
• Send daily notifications to search committees
• Assist faculty and staff users in navigating the ATS website.
• Assist applicants with troubleshooting the ATS website.
Solution Center Representative (20% of time)
• Respond to telephone calls, emails, and walk-in customers to provide assistance with the Banner human resources information system (Banner HRIS), employment eligibility and status, benefits, etc. as a member of the HR Solution Center.
Additional Duties (10% of time)
• Review and approve Electronic Personnel Action Forms (EPAFS) for volunteers and no-pay positions
• Maintain Veterans Preference program
• Administor the USU Employee Discount webpage
• Assist with collecting letters of recommendation for assigned faculty searches
• Additional duties as assigned
