USU Extension in Salt Lake County is seeking multiple individuals to serve as Community Event Implementation Assistants to support the delivery of educational programs across the Salt Lake area. We are looking for people that are interested in working with children and families, who want to engage in community outreach activities, and who enjoy working as part of a team. This work will primarily be on Monday to Thursday evenings. Work schedules are based on individuals’ schedules and the number of hours worked will vary. Many educational events and programs are held at schools, libraries, or other community centers.

The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Utah State University is seeking applications for a tenure track faculty position at the assistant professor level. Applicants with experience may be considered at the associate or full professor level. Field technician needed to help with plant water use research near Monticello, Utah. The position requires the successful applicant to work with others in remote locations on uneven ground in potentially difficult conditions (hot, cold, wet).
