The Classroom Facilitator works with Interactive Video Conferencing (IVC) and Zoom instructors and students to ensure a beneficial learning environment. This is a part-time, non-benefited position (10 - 25 hours/week) located at the Salt Lake Center. Applicants must be available and willing to work late afternoons and evening. Hours will vary by semester typically from 4:00-10:30 pm. Friday night and Saturday morning shifts may be required. This position reports to the Director of Technology in Salt Lake. This is an ACA variable position.

Duties include designing and coordinating 4-H youth programs in the areas of Family Consumer Science, STEM, healthy living, and teen leadership. The Landscaper position is responsible to provide direction and technical skills, as a member of the LOAM team, to maintain an aesthetic and safe exterior environment at Utah State University. Coordinates the landscape maintenance activities and responsibilities in assigned area. Assists the Manager in planning, customer service, and other duties as needed.
Performs installation, repair, and maintain of the landscaping and grounds, train and supervise personnel, manage the daily activities of the landscaping department, and ensure customer satisfaction around USU Housing facilities.
The primary responsibility of the Youth Program Coordinator is to support the Extension Youth Program efforts in three areas: (1) volunteer recruitment and training, (2) youth participant recruitment/retention, and (3) seeking donations (financial and in kind). Extension’s signature youth program is the 4-H club, additional programs include but are not limited to: educator training, school enrichment, camps, and teen leadership. This position will work closely with teen and adult volunteers/mentors, provide volunteer training, and oversight, and build the overall capacity to meet community needs and statewide priorities. USU Extension Youth Programs focus on the areas of: STEM, agriculture, healthy living, civic engagement and communicative/expressive arts.
Student Success Coordinator is a year round, full-time position that serves as the lead for all USU-Tooele student success initiatives. The successful candidate will be able to develop a strong vision, strategic plan and coordination to successfully address persistence and retention goals in alignment with Statewide Campus initiatives, research, and best practices.

The Advisor Trainer and Float Advisor (Academic Advisor SR) will coordinate and design training and professional development programs through close collaboration with advising administrators of academic advising. This position is responsible for the design, development, delivery, implementation, assessment, and maintenance of all training programs/resources that include but are not limited to, the comprehensive knowledge of the job responsibilities and practices that contribute to improving student success through academic advising.
Training and professional development activities will be aligned with Appreciative Advising and best practice standards and competencies articulated by the National Academic Advising Association (NACADA), the Council for the Advancement of Standards (CAS) in Higher Education, and other adjacent professional organizations. Training will leverage and promote the centrally coordinated and de-centrally delivered model of academic advising at the university and audiences will include both new and experienced staff. This position reports to the Executive Director for University and Exploratory Advising.
In addition to the training role, this position will serve as a float advisor to assist in the advising units when an advisor is out on extended leave or the position is vacant and in the hiring process. This Advisor Senior position can be filled in any of USU statewide campuses.
The USU Tooele Campus seeks a qualified Math Tutor. The successful applicant will serve primarily as a tutor for students taking general MATH and Algebra courses MATH 0950, 0995, 1050, 1051, 1210, 2010 and 2020 with potential for trigonometry, calculus, and related courses. Tutors are expected to conduct their sessions 100% from the Tooele Campus (no remote from home). Exact hours will be assigned by the supervisor based on courses taught during the semester. Schedule will include mostly evenings.

Utah State University (USU) Extension and the Center for Anticipatory Intelligence (CAI) are jointly seeking to hire a professional practice full-time faculty member with expertise in intelligence studies, disruptive emergent technologies, or security studies at the global, national, or organizational level. In addition to teaching campus courses and conducting research, Extension faculty develop, provide, evaluate, and coordinate research-based educational programs for state communities. Extension faculty also serve as a liaison between local partners, other resource agencies, and Utah State University administrators, faculty, and programs. Responsibilities include identifying, creating, and distributing personalized and targeted communication and connections through announcements, ads, groups, pages, and tools to all USU audiences informing them of university tools, services, organizations, and programs university wide. This position has funding secured through Fall 2025, with prolonged duration contingent upon funding and requirements of the department.
The College of Agriculture and Applied Sciences (CAAS) Marketing Manager (Marketer II) is responsible for managing the marketing and communications efforts of the college and reports to the director of marketing. This position will work closely on projects with other members of the CAAS marketing team.
