The San Juan County Office of Utah State University Extension is seeking qualified individuals to fill multiple 4-H After-school Educator positions. As a 4-H After-school Educator, you will be required to provide enriching 4-H after-school clubs for students at Blanding Elementary School. 4-H After-school Educators need to be available Monday-Thursday 3:00 pm-6:00 pm for the entire 22-23 academic school year. The Department of Nutrition, Dietetics and Food Sciences at Utah State University is seeking to fill a full-time (9 month) tenure-track Assistant Professor position in our Food Science program.  The role for this position is 50% research, 45% teaching, and 5% Service.  Applicants must have a PhD in Food Science or related area. Candidates will be expected to establish an extramurally funded and nationally recognized program of research that complements or expands existing departmental research in the area of Food Science. The department has established research programs in the areas of dairy, meat, and confectionery science.
