To be successful in this role, the Assistant Women's Softball Coach should have strong knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations, a comprehensive understanding of the game, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The Assistant Women's Softball Coach will be responsible for assisting the Head Coach in all aspects of the program and performing other duties as needed. This position requires moderate physical effort. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position, including lifting up to 25 pounds, walking and standing.
