Overview

The Skyroom Restaurant offers guests a unique full-service dining experience with made-to-order entrées crafted by our talented chef, all set against a stunning sky-high view. We're looking for enthusiastic and service-minded individuals to join our front-of-house team!

 

We have openings for servers, hosts, bussers, salad bar attendants, and baristas—each role playing a key part in creating a welcoming, polished, and memorable experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary depending on assigned position and shift, but may include:

  • Greeting guests and providing friendly, attentive service throughout their visit
  • Taking and serving food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Preparing coffee, tea, and specialty drinks in the barista area
  • Bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and maintaining overall cleanliness
  • Stocking and basic food preparation
  • Refilling beverages, running food, and assisting with guest requests
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth, efficient service
  • Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Flexibly supporting multiple front-of-house functions as needed

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous food service or customer service experience is preferred, but not required
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative
  • Must be reliable, courteous, and ready to contribute to a team-focused culture
  • Utah food handler's permit (or willingness to obtain upon hire within 30 days)

Employees work indoors in a climate-controlled environment to protect from weather and/or contaminants, but may experience occasional temperature changes.

This position requires moderate physical activity, including handling objects up to 30 pounds and standing or walking for extended periods. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs as needed
