  • Supervise statistical interns supporting analytics collection, reporting, and performance evaluation.

25% Project Coordination for Non-Academic Partners

  • Manage project intake and execution for non-academic college or university partners, serving as their main point of contact.
  • Coordinate with the marcom team to direct projects toward defined goals, impact metrics, and timely execution.
  • Develop project strategies using analytics and stakeholder goals, building comprehensive plans within project tracking systems.
  • Assign and monitor project tasks among designers, interns, and team members; provide status updates to partners throughout the process.

25% Marketing & Promotional Support

  • Develop and coordinate promotional campaigns for events and initiatives, using analytics to guide decisions and identify goals.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing & Communication Strategy to align campaigns with overall college branding and messaging.
  • Collect and analyze marketing data to improve future campaign performance and strategic direction.
  • Prepare post-campaign assessments for organizers, including insights and data-driven recommendations.
  • Manage promotional budgets, ad spend tracking, and financial documentation.
  • Collaborate with the CCA Marketing Director to align shared promotions and enhance brand awareness.
  • Assist in training marketing interns on promotional tools, workflows, and standards.

10% Strategic & Administrative Support

  • Support advancement, awareness, and outreach campaigns through tasks such as vendor coordination, asset delivery, and on-site promotional setup.
  • Contribute to strategic planning through data-informed ideation and collaboration with the Director of Marketing & Communication Strategy.
  • Provide administrative support and assist with general marcom operations as needed.
