The purpose of this position is to provide leadership in and develop the Take FLIGHT Camp for military youth. 4-H Take FLIGHT Camp will be filled with interactive experiences for youth to have Fun with science and technology. Youth will learn and experience Leadership and understand the importance of being connected to and caring for I (self) and We (others). Activities and games will help youth Grow resilience, develop a Healthy mind and body, and discover that Tomorrow is "built by me".
Be available on the following dates:
- June 18th for training and at other times as organized
- July 6-9 from 8am-5pm
This position is a great opportunity in horticulture, providing public educational resources, and working with Master Gardener volunteers. Flexible schedule, part time/seasonal. Majority of hours will be required during the growing season.
The Animal Dairy & Veterinary Sciences department seeks a Farm Laborer. The Farm Laborer will assist in the Sheep and Goat Facility.
The Salt Lake County Office of Utah State University Extension seeks qualified individuals who would be responsible for providing enriching afterschool clubs for students. Clubs typically run 1.5 hours a day for 10 weeks. (There are 3 x 10 week long periods in this program). We need educators who have skill or are willing to learn skills in a variety of subject matters; such as, but not limited to Sewing, STEM, Cake Decorating, Music, Art, Etc. Each club required 2.5 hours/day/week and Educators can teach multiple clubs a week.
