The Classroom facilitator will be working at the Utah State University Eastern Center in Price. Hours vary depending on need and will be scheduled anytime between 7:30 AM and 10:45 PM Monday through Friday, and occasional Saturdays between 7:30 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight). Hours are scheduled according to the interactive video conference (IVC) class schedule, plus 15 minutes before any class time. The Extension Program Coordinator I will manage the Ogden Botanical Gardens (OBG). The OBG is located at 1750 Monroe Boulevard in Ogden, Utah. It is a public garden maintained through Utah State University. The manager oversees the maintenance, irrigation, and development of the gardens, plus the part time/seasonal employees. They also collaborate with the local Extension Agent to offer educational programs, train and direct volunteers, and collaborate with Ogden City Parks. The gardens are open year-round.
