The Utah 4-H Mentoring Program is seeking a part-time Site Coordinator to serve youth and families in the Orem area. This community-based program has been supporting youth ages 9–15 since 2001, offering one-on-one mentoring, monthly activities, and family engagement. Our goal is to connect caring mentors with youth who can benefit from extra support, especially those from low-income or under-served neighborhoods.   As a Site Coordinator, you will help guide this important work by supporting mentors, youth, and families through planning and implementing monthly events, overseeing mentoring matches, and coordinating local outreach efforts.  

The Site Specialist will oversee the afterschool program at a school in Magna, Utah in Salt Lake County during the school year. They will work with educators, parents, and students in Kindergarten to 8th grade. The successful applicant will work up to 25 hours a week implementing afterschool work and inputting data to illustrate grant success. The Site Specialist will be the primary liaison between families and the afterschool program. They will also help to recruit educators to lead afterschool clubs.
