The Aggie Chocolate Factory, Research, and Learning Center (ACF) within the College of Agriculture and Applied Sciences at Utah State University is a small-scale craft manufacturer of bean-to-bar chocolate specializing in high quality single origin products. As a manufacturer it is essential that the factory operate efficiently and safely as a business, research, and center of education and learning. To accomplish this, the facility must comply with industry best practice standards of operation and management. This is a two- to three-year position studying the population trends and management of waterbirds in the Great Salt Lake.
