USU Extension in Iron County is seeking a creative and positive person to support programming efforts and general operations. The hours of employment will be Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm in the USU Extension Office in Cedar City. This is a full-time benefited position. Applicants should be able to work well independently and as part of an amazing team. Occasional evening and weekend work will be necessary.
The Extension Coordinator provides leadership for the Utah State University Extension 4-H Youth Development program in Sevier County. The coordinator strengthens the 4-H Machine by focusing on the following areas:
- Muscle: Recruit and support 4-H volunteers who organize and sustain 4-H clubs and programs.
- Members: Recruit and support youth to experience the full 4-H Pathway of Explore, Learn, Practice, and Experience.
- Money: Work with Extension faculty and community partners to secure external funding through grants, donations, and sponsorships.

The Garfield County Office of Utah State University Extension seek a qualified individual who would be responsible for providing enriching afterschool clubs for students. Instructor Positions are available at all three Garfield County Sites (Bryce Valley, Escalante, and Panguitch). The Utah 4-H Mentoring Program is seeking a part-time Site Coordinator to serve youth and families in the Orem area. This community-based program has been supporting youth ages 9–15 since 2001, offering one-on-one mentoring, monthly activities, and family engagement. Our goal is to connect caring mentors with youth who can benefit from extra support, especially those from low-income or underserved neighborhoods.
