Program Facilitators will help support youth leadership and community engagement activities through UHIP. USU Extension in Iron County is seeking a creative and positive person to support programming efforts and general operations. Afterschool Educators will oversee the daily activities associated with the afterschool program, will work closely with the afterschool coordinator and school administrators to ensure that youth are engaging in positive youth development activities. The Utah 4-H Mentoring Program is seeking a part-time Site Coordinator to serve youth and families in the Orem area. This community-based program has been supporting youth ages 9–15 since 2001, offering one-on-one mentoring, monthly activities, and family engagement. Our goal is to connect caring mentors with youth who can benefit from extra support, especially those from low-income or under-served neighborhoods.
As a Site Coordinator, you will help guide this important work by supporting mentors, youth, and families through planning and implementing monthly events, overseeing mentoring matches, and coordinating local outreach efforts.

The Garfield County Office of Utah State University Extension seek a qualified individual who would be responsible for providing enriching afterschool clubs for students. Teacher Positions are available at all three Garfield County Sites (Bryce Valley, Escalante, and Panguitch). We need educators to teach a variety of subject matters; such as, but not limited to Sewing, STEM, Cake Decorating, Music, Art, Etc. Teacher may teach 4+ days a week depending on program needs and instructor availability. Teachers need to be available from 3:00-6:00 on days they are teaching M-Th and 7:30-1:00 pm Friday.

The Salt Lake County Office of Utah State University Extension seeks qualified individuals who would be responsible for providing enriching afterschool clubs for students in Kearns and Magna, Utah. Clubs typically run 1.5 hours a day for 9-10 week quarters.. We need educators who have skill or are willing to learn skills in a variety of subject matters; such as, but not limited to Sewing, STEM, Cake Decorating, Music, Art, Etc.
