The Aggie Chocolate Factory, Research, and Learning Center (ACF) within the College of Agriculture and Applied Sciences at Utah State University is a small-scale craft manufacturer of bean-to-bar chocolate specializing in high quality single origin products. As a manufacturer it is essential that the factory operate efficiently and safely as a business, research, and center of education and learning. To accomplish this, the facility must comply with industry best practice standards of operation and management. The ACF has a temporary part-time position for a multi-talented individual willing to accept a wide range of responsibilities from customer service, factory maintenance, and production.
