The Team Leader Facilities III works under the direction of a Manager to coordinate and direct the activities in a unit/area of facilities maintenance services to ensure University facilities are properly cleaned and maintained; maximizing a healthy, safe, pleasant, and functional environment. Activities include personnel assignment, training and management, quality assurance, and inventory control.
Incumbents in the Landscaper series install, repair, and maintain the landscaping and grounds on the USU Eastern campus, including snow removal. The Landscaper II reports to a Landscaper Lead. This classification may train and guide student and/or hourly employees.

The Beenome100 Project is an exciting new initiative to provide over 100 reference-quality genome assemblies, annotations and post-annotation resources for bee species representing each of the major taxonomic groups in the United States. We are seeking a Bioinformatics Data Wrangler (Researcher III) to provide post-annotation resources for the Beenome100 Project, in collaboration with the i5k Workspace@NAL project (https://i5k.nal.usda.gov/). The incumbent will add capacity to both projects to:
- Generate new shared datasets for the project, to be displayed and disseminated at the i5k Workspace@NAL (e.g. population genomic tracks, protein alignments from related species, etc).
- Manually review, and if needed, update gene predictions relevant to social evolution or other target fields of the Beenome100 project.
- If desired, author peer-reviewed publication(s) or conference presentation(s) on topics relevant to the project.

Utah State University seeks a talented full-time Assistant Professor and State Extension Specialist in Food Safety. The Caine College of the Arts at Utah State University seeks a professional practice assistant professor to teach motion design in our Graphic Design Master of Arts Program. This is an academic-year (9-month), term appointment position to begin August of 2024.

USU’s graphic design program is also proud to host the Hashimoto Communication Arts Seminar, one of oldest and strongest visiting designer/artist programs in the country. The seminar is over 50-years old and hosts over 15 lecturers and visiting designers/artists from across the US each year.
USU’s Graphic Design Master of Arts degree concentration is a three-semester program extension of a BFA in Graphic-Design that focuses on the use of emerging technology to explore contemporary forms of time-based visual expression. Students will focus on design strategies for film, broadcast and advertising, digital media/film theory, narrative story-telling and advanced studies in two-dimensional and three-dimensional motion design methodology and technology. The program is open to all applicants with a BFA, or equivalent, in graphic design. Program acceptance will be limited to 10 students.
The Sorenson Center for Clinical Excellence is seeking a part-time Client Care Representative to serve within the Behavioral Health Clinic with a primary focus on the Marriage and Family Therapy and Housing and Financial Counseling division. The individual will be responsible for clinic operations in the Marriage and Family Therapy division as well as fulfill clinic reception duties including welcoming and assisting clients by answering phones, scheduling appointments, providing proper paperwork to clients, taking payments from clients, and maintaining medical records across the Behavioral Health Clinic. USU Aviation Technology is seeking a candidate for a position that focuses upon Airfield Management in Price, Utah. This position requires an individual who will oversee all aspects of managing the operations of the Carbon County Airfield, including coordination with Carbon County officials (FAA Airport Manager), the Federal Aviation Administration, airport maintenance personnel, dispatching, using airfield landing and navigational aids, implementing airfield safety procedures, inspections, bird monitoring, maintaining records, and applying knowledge of weather information to safely and efficiently manage airfield operations.
