The One Utah Service Fellowship (OUSF) Program Assistant (Program Assistant III) will assist with the management of the One Utah Service Fellowship Program and AmeriCorps grant. The USU Employee Wellness Program, Be Well, is looking for a passionate, enthusiastic individual to join our team as the Employee Wellness Assistant Manager (Program Assistant SR). The successful applicant will be directly responsible for the continued development and implementation of USU Be Well fitness and health programs for USU employees. The incumbent will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Employee Wellness Center including staff development and training as well as promotion of our personal training program, group fitness class programs, and other Wellness programs. The Office of Events is a growing department whose primary function is to assure the events hosted by Utah State University, "Exceed Expectations". The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Registration Coordinator in all aspects of event and conference registration. Hours: Monday-Friday, between 8:00 am-5:00 pm. May include some evening and weekend hours as needed with prior notification. Weekly hours will be between 10 to 28 hours. The work schedule will be determined on a weekly basis.

The Venue Operations Team Leader II (Team Leader Facilities II) works under the direction of a Coordinator to organize the cleaning/maintenance activities in areas across campus that are impacted by events and special projects. This position will require a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. The employee will be assisting crews in buildings across campus as dictated by events.  This includes but is not limited to  event preparation, event-support, and returning the venue to pre-event condition.  They also assist other Facilities Maintenance crews with events and projects including the project crew, moving crew, window crew, etc.     Schedule Monday-Friday 7am to 3:30pm.  Must be willing to adjust schedule to cover events on nights and weekends.

USU Extension in Wayne County is seeking a creative and positive person to work as a Program Assistant to Extension Faculty. The Housing Custodian will help students succeed by providing a clean, sanitary, and comfortable living environment.  Summer: part-time or full-time work between hours of 7-3:30 and some Saturdays. We will accommodate time off.

USU Blanding Campus is accepting applications for candidates to serve as counselors/tutors to participants in the 2024 College Launch Summer Program. This 4-week comprehensive programs offer assistance to first-generation and/or low-income students in academic subjects such as Math, science, STEM, and study skills. Counselors are required to live in the residence hall and will mentor and tutor participants on a daily basis. Room and board will be provided along with a salary of $3,500 for the four weeks. College Launch works with high school seniors. Summer employment begins May 25, 2024 and continues through June 23, 2024.
