Utah State University Campus Recreation is seeking to hire a Head Coach for our Women’s Lacrosse Club. Head coaches are responsible for assisting officers with the mentoring, training, coaching, and coordinating aspects of the women’s lacrosse club while maintaining the total development of the student- club athlete as the highest priority.
The Classroom Facilitator works with Interactive Video Conferencing (IVC) and Zoom instructors and students to ensure a beneficial learning environment. This is a part-time, non-benefited position (10 - 25 hours/week) located at the Salt Lake Center. Applicants must be available and willing to work late afternoons and evening. Hours will vary by semester typically from 4:00-11:00 pm. Friday night and Saturday morning shifts may be required. This position reports to the Director of Technology in Salt Lake. This is an ACA variable position.

The Staff Assistant II position performs a variety of administrative support and secretarial duties for the Remote Online Initiative (ROI) Extension program, providing primary assistance to program administrators and coordinators. Incumbents in the level II position are expected to possess the knowledge and experience to perform more complex and technical tasks. Hours will be Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm, either within a USU county Extension office or working from home. This is a full-time benefited position. Applicants should be able to work well independently and in a team. Some evening and weekend work may be necessary.
Estimated start date is August 23, 2021. Position funding is secured for 3 years and contingent on continued funding.

Incumbents use discretion and judgement to determine program eligibility, develop intervention plans, and provide referrals as appropriate.
The Merrill-Cazier Library Learning & Engagement Services Unit is seeking a Library Instruction Assistant to teach library instruction sessions which are integrated with English 1010, English 2010, and may assist with courses in other disciplines as needed. Librarians and instruction assistants work in partnership with instructors and professors and teach one or several sessions in a variety of formats (face to face, synchronous broadcast/Zoom, and asynchronous online) as part of a course throughout the semester. Sessions rely on a variety of teaching methods, including discussion, one-to-one consultations, active learning, and demonstrations. The instruction assistant also assists with other Learning & Engagement Services tasks as needed, such as assessment projects, online learning material creation, outreach, and other special projects.
Base salary is $34,000, plus excellent benefits. Hours are typically 8AM-5PM, Monday through Friday.

Facilitators are an important part of the staff at USU-Tooele because they aid Interactive Video Broadcast instructors and assist in the use of Zoom technology to ensure a beneficial learning environment. Our facilitators greet our students and staff with a smile, are eager to assist, and are trained to provide technology support to our instructors and build rapport. This part-time, non-benefited position is housed on the Tooele Campus. The position hours and days may change each semester.

Training Instructor provides professional development instruction to licensed child care and other early childhood professionals. Professional development courses are ten hours long and are usually taught in four two and a half hour sessions.
The Staff Assistant II will function as one member of a team of highly motivated, collaborative and dedicated professionals in the Utah Cooperative USGS Unit in the College of Natural Resources. The successful candidate will provide administrative assistance to the Unit Leader as well as two Assistant Unit Leaders. The Classroom Facilitator will be working at the Utah State University Uintah Basin campus in Vernal, UT. The Health & Wellness Prevention Coordinator is an 11-month position (August 1, 2021-June 30, 2022) assisting in the coordination of HEART programming with USU Extension and HEART Faculty in 3 Utah counties (Carbon, Emery, and Grand). This position has three part-time openings; one will be located in Carbon County (office located in Price, UT), one in Emery County (office located in Castle Dale, UT) and one will be located in Grand County (office located in Moab, UT) at the USU Extension offices.
This position allows for some remote work (e.g., work from home), in addition to in-person events with youth, teachers, and parents. The Health & Wellness Prevention Coordinators will support the administration of a local grant to help prevent youth vaping/e-cigarette use in Carbon (1 position), Emery (1 position), and Grand (1 position) counties. The prevention coordinators will provide logistical, organizational, and implementation support for the daily activities of the grant administration, including activity planning, training, implementation of events/activities, budgeting, and data reporting. Under direction from the Project Director, the prevention coordinators will develop a parent prevention training/curriculum, advance key relationships with community partners, provide program promotion and implementation of teacher and youth training/activities, data tracking, and reporting.
The successful Family Life Educator (FLE) candidates will teach relationship skills in-person in and around Utah/Salt Lake Counties. There may also be some virtual teaching. These are grant-funded positions that will teach during daytime and afternoon/evening hours, as well as some Saturdays in Utah/Salt Lake Counties and surrounding areas when needed. The successful candidates will be responsible for coordinating with Department of Workforce Services (DWS) sites, local community partners and possibly some high schools. These positions will require some travel (mileage paid), a flexible schedule, and occasional evening hours. These positions are contingent upon ongoing grant funding and will support approximately 20 hours per week.
The Management Department of the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University invites applications for a tenure track faculty position at the Assistant Professor level to support and strengthen our programs in Human Resource Management. This academic-year (nine-month) faculty position will receive ample resources to support the development and maintenance of programs of excellence in both teaching and research.
